Garden Plot Rentals
All skill and experience levels are welcome!
Your rental fee includes:
Soil and soil amendments
Water for irrigation
Access to compost bins and herb gardens
Use of garden tools when available
Expectations for Gardeners
As part of the plot lease, all gardeners must volunteer onsite during our gardening season, between March and November. Please see this page for more information.
New gardeners must attend a Gardener Orientation, offered in conjunction with March and April work days. You may not plant in your plot until you attend an orientation meeting.
Please become familiar with and abide by our Community Standards.
Gardeners should purchase their own gloves, which are required for work days. Access to tools will be limited except during work days, so it is suggested to purchase some simple tools such as a trowel and a watering can or sprayer. Gardeners will provide their own plants, seeds and any needed trellising materials.
Please feel free to contact us at sustainableardmore@gmail.com with any questions.
